WordCamp Iloilo is back! This year, it will not only be the biggest event in attendance but also in the breadth of presenters invited to speak at the convention. The 2-day conference will be at the Iloilo Convention Center, Iloilo City, August 24-25, 2019 from 8AM – 5:00PM.
It aims to attract talents and investments that will boost the local tech and startup sector.
WordCamp features topics on content creation and marketing, plugin, and theme development. It also discusses the latest tips or advanced techniques using WordPress.
The theme is, “The Community, and how WordPress can help bring technology closer to those who need it most.”
Day One topics will cover Web Design and Development, Security, SEO, and Blogging for Beginners and Advance attendees. Meanwhile, Day Two will cover plenary sessions on various topics about WordPress, freelancing, and marketing to provoke conversations that matter.
Part of the event includes community activities like the FREE Workshop for Kids and Contributor Day on August 23, 2019 at the Skylab Coworking Space.
This ancillary event is where speakers train the next generation of creatives who will use WordPress to help them achieve their vision of the future.
