This year, Tambayang Pambata brings back the fun in learning through its diverse and inclusive book list in the upcoming Philippine Book Festival from March 13 to 16, 2025 at the Megatrade Hall in SM Megamall, Pasig City.
Tambayang Pambata authors and publishers believe children enjoy learning from reading stories. Tambayang Pambata banded together to distribute books to a wide range of Filipino children under the leadership of The Indie Publisher Collab PH.
At the Tambayang Pambata Booth KI-16, all book titles available are rich in stories that add knowledge on various topics. Young readers can also easily relate to these stories because they are based on the experiences and aspirations of Filipino children, while sharing universal values. These reading materials can also contribute to the development of the young readers’ identity as Filipinos and as part of the community they belong to. The books are written in Filipino, English, and regional languages such as Hiligaynon and Ilocano.

On March 15, 2025, Tambayang Pambata will be hosting the Mom & Kid Book Date at the Megatrade Hall 2 Pakyawan Village, where moms and their children are invited to join authors and illustrators in a fun book dating activity to learn and win exciting prizes at the Pakyawan Village.
At the Tambayang Pambata booth, book launches are scheduled for new titles such as: “Kaub-ofuden Shin Lijang Utah’ (The Legend of Utah Cave), written and illustrated by visual artist Danielle Florendo and published by Aklat Alamid; “Si Fatima at ang Kwintangan Kayu” (Fatima and the Kwintangan Kayu), written by Christine Marie Lim Magpile and illustrated by Danielle Florendo; “Si Okto-punas sa Dagat ng Isla Manlanat” written by Elmer Ursoline and illustrated by Orland Espinosa; and “Sabik,” written by Angelika Morano and illustrated by Hanna Sayam.
